When you joined the MOB you should have received an email with all of the things you need to setup your toolkit. Make sure to have that handy it will contain your login info and a checklist to keep us on track! If you don’t have it or can’t find it, email us below!
To make your business “Look Professional” you will want to have a few things; a business email, a custom domain, socials for your business, and your first Call to Action. If you don’t have all these that’s okay, set up your toolkit as best you can, and refer below to learn more about these finishing touches!

Your Login Info will be in your Read Mobile Care package. Take a minute to look around, but don’t get overwhelmed if it doesn’t make much sense yet. We’ll take things step by step! If you’re having trouble logging in let us know in the “Need Help” section.

Once you’re logged into your account the first thing you want to do is go to your setting in the bottom left corner. Then your business account settings will pull up, fill out the info and make sure anything that was already filed in for you is correct!
If your business doesn’t have a physical location, feel free to just put your city and state for the address unless you plan to be shipping / receiving anything in the mail.
Go back to the home page of your account and the got to the marketing section on the left. Now you should get a prompt to start connecting your different social accounts. Go through the steps to connect to your different social accounts, and once you’ve a few accounts it will pull up your social planner. If you still need to add more accounts you can click the settings in the social planner and then connect socials.

The Social Planner is where you can post to different accounts and integrate your different automations for individual posts & accounts.

Go to Settings -> Email Services -> Dedicated Domain and IP -> add domain. Enter ypur email and go through the steps of adding these values to your DNS Records. Now all email automations can go through your custom domain!
